Toyota Camry Has All Of The Modern Safety Features

The all-new 2010 Toyota Camry is loaded with safety features to make you and your family feel secure any time you are driving down the road. It has all of the modern safety features that you have come to expect from a vehicle, and some that you have not.

Driver and front passenger airbags come standard on all Camry models, as well as side impact, and side curtain airbags. The new Camry even employs airbags that protect the knees of the driver in the event of a collision. In addition, Toyota has added an occupancy sensor that senses when there is a person in the seat. Traction control is standard, which means that you do not have to worry about the Camry spinning out of control on winding roads. Height-adjustable seatbelts automatically tension themselves, which does away with the worry that your seatbelt is not fastened properly. Halogen headlights ensure that you can see everything on the road. Daytime running lights come standard. Headlight washers also come standard, which can greatly aide during rainy driving. The Camry comes standard with two door curb lights to ensure that your doors are not hitting curbs during the dark nights.

Parking assist is an optional feature, and can greatly reduce your chances of a collision in a parking lot. Remote keyless entry comes standard on all models. Keyless access is optional on the XLE and SE version, but is not available for the LE or base model. Panic alarms come standard on all models except for the base model. Power door locks are standard on all models, as are rear child safety locks. Theft deterrent is available on the XLE and SE models, and ensures that your valuables are safe.

The Camry has all of the safety features expected in a new sedan.
