Volkswagen has made the popular Jetta a bit more exciting with its 2012 version of the GLI. It will offer drivers more aggressive performance and tuck it all into a sporty package that will wow buyers. West Palm used Volkswagen customers will love this Jetta even more than previous models.

You will get a lot for your money when you choose the 2012 Jetta GLI. With three trims available, this model starts at $23,495. The GLI Autobahn is priced at $25,545 and brings 18-inch alloy wheels, dual zone climate control, heated seats, sunroof and a Fender audio system to the table.

The top trim adds Navigation with the RNS-315 system and keyless access with push-button start for a price of $26,445. All these models are priced to sell and backed by the tradition of excellence that Volkswagen is famous for as well as more than a quarter century's worth of experience in building the Jetta to what it is today.

Running on a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the Jetta GLI will offer Lake Worth used Volkswagen customers 200 horsepower and a very responsive drive. The fuel economy is also at a level that we would expect from our German friends: 31 mpg highway with the manual transmission and 32 mpg highway with the DSG automatic transmission.

Some of the fun features Volkswagen included in the new Jetta are a 6.5-inch touch screen premium VIII radio with iPod and Bluetooth capability, trip radio and navigation information on equipped vehicles and one-touch up/down power on all windows.

West Palm used Volkswagen buyers will appreciate the smooth sound system with its complex harmonics and will love the contoured comfort of the cabin with its bucket seats accented with red stitching and the flat-bottom steering wheel with coordinated stitching. The proud grille and trapezoidal headlights give the Jetta GLI an unmistakable look that's slightly masculine and very sporty.

This Jetta is spacious as well, with a rear bench seat that splits for a 60/40 fold and a roomy trunk that can be opened from inside by remote. The instrument panel is well-configured for easy access and the center console features the intuitive controls for radio and climate and has been moved slightly closer to the driver to make reach even easier.

Safety features abound as well and Lake Worth used Volkswagen customers can expect Volkswagen's Intelligent Crash Response System, driver and front passenger airbags, side airbags and a front and Side Curtain Protection airbags throughout.
